The key fact is that we all focus on Sales figures rather than all those small factors affecting sales, hence for getting Sales Numbers, we must act like sales consultant, we need to access the requirement of customers, his buying patterns in terms of purchasing capacity, price segment, occasion, color, size & demography etc.
In an organisation there are two type of customers: 1. Internal, 2. External, The satisfaction and commitment of internal customer is directly responsible for business growth, hence the loyalty of external customer is impossible without loyalty of internal customer.
