How is it Impossible to elect deserving candidate in India ?

In India most of the literate people are unable to vote, due to being long away from home during election period, unaffordable travel charge, unavailability of ticket, lack of time, busy schedule and due to other more unavoidable reasons, they are missing this great occasion to build a great nation by electing right candidate.
I observed that most of the candidates are elected with least contribution of literate people. Me and my millions of citizens never used their vote due to this reason.
Now I have many questions/doubts with expectations in my mind with politicians/government-
1. Is any politician/government think about this matter to get vote of such literate people like other developed country ?
2. Now all literate people have unique Pan Card, Mobile No, Aadhaar Card, Voter Card also many other ID Cards, can it be used for voting power ?
3. We are worldwide recognized for great software country/great engineers/great managers/great talents/great politician and great PM now, why not we are using these skills to develop such system/software to get vote of all Indian living in any part of India/world ?
4. Do we have any solution to get such votes or just dreaming to get vote ?
5. Can me and my millions of citizens will again not use our vote in coming election ?
6. We can make possible Moon and Mars mission, but could we vote for deserving candidate ?
I think current generation has no idea/answer that why this national issue is still pending in our country, what steps taken in past in this regard, what is being done now, how many years again required or it is never possible issue for India.
I hope, core issue has been communicated by me, please invite/put the best talent to solve this issue in specified time limit for “100% voting Abhiyan”. It looks embarrassing to see poor voting % in any election, please make it 100%.
I hope this is complimentary and equally important issue like “Sadasyata Abhiyan”, “Digital India Abhiyan” and like other “Abhiyan” of government.
Please think about this matter seriously to make our dream possible, since again & again I will ask this question, when you will ask for vote. You/politicians/government and Indian talent is more wiser to find solution. Please do something soon to get vote of all Indian living in any part of world, Let us participate all literate and wise people to decide their leaders to make “Incredible India”.
